YOUR FBI $$$’s HARD AT WORK???
WOW! Is this an example of our Federal dollars at work? Not sure who SNAPPLE is but since he came to my house uninvited supporting Special Agent Joseph Trimbach. As a courtesy I put up a video that he thinks is relevant to the John Graham/Richard Marshall debacle trial. I think the trial is tearing apart Indian country but mostly the mainstream media does not report on it…another example of how the United States continues their ongoing history of racist beliefs and actions against the indigenous people population of this beautiful land.
Although I posted the video late last night with his name in caps he cannot seem to find it even though I also linked the post to his own blog LEGEND OF PINE RIDGE. Snapple is upset not only because he thinks I did not put up Two Elks video but because he mistakenly wrote on a previous post “the FBI is against Indians” He corrected himself but apparently he has no sense of humor. SNAPPLE claims I was making fun at his expense and that he is “older”…not sure what that means…at any rate he is an “older” person who quickly resorts to insults and tantrums when he thinks he has not gotten his way. On top of that I specifically told him that I would post it sometime…I was going to wait until the weekend but stayed up last night..
Mr. Snapple you need to read RULES FOR COMMENTING ON MY BLOG.
Here is one of several comments he left on my blog…I am responding in parenthesis
You are obviously a stupid little idiot who is not able to argue honestly if you choose to make something of an older person’s typing error. And lazy and dishonest not to post TWo Elk’s recent video.
I have given you the youtube link a few times.

Monica and Anna Mae both were both reportedly in a relationship to Dennis Banks, although he was married to Ka-Mook.(Noo….Monica Charles says she was not in a relationship with Dennis Banks and what is your source to such a claim? Do you just throw that stuff out there hoping a sex scandal will spice things up? You sound like the NATIONAL ENQUIRER!)
Monica’s brother (where do you get your information??? Do you think everybody with the last name of Charles is Monicas brother???) Norman was allegedly with Peltier when the FBI agents were shot.
Monica is pretty much at ground zero and spends a lot of time discrediting Indians such as Richard Two Elk and Ka-Mook, who have told the authorities what they witnessed so that there would be evidence to take to court.(Didn’t Ka-Mook get paid 49,000 for her testimony? She basically testified heresay and seven months later married one of the governments lead investigators in the Anna Mae Aquash case. From what I understand Richard Two Elk’s testimony is so bad and he has put out so many conflicting stories that he is not taken too seriously on the stand….or by PBS.)
Here is something Two Elk said about what Dennis Banks ordered boys to do during the occupation:
“I was there, at Wounded Knee. At the age of 19, I backpacked weapons and supplies into the village with my AIM brothers. I remember it was near Easter, because that’s when our leader, Dennis Banks, ordered us to ‘take care’ of a young white guy, suspected of being an informant. We knew what that meant. We strung him up on a cross in a mock crucifixion, and beat him. After we took him down, they led him away and I don’t think he was ever heard from again.”(Richard Two Elk has apparently written several different versions of this incident…If this is true why have the FBI not prosecuted him for murder???)
http://www.expertclick.com/NewsReleaseWire/ReleaseDetails.aspx?ID=26541
Agnes Gildersleeve testified that Indian people were held in a church and threatened with guns. AIM took over a disabled man’s trailer and other people’s homes.
Agnes recounts:
“[AIM] took complete control of the telephone service and local residents were not permitted to answer any of the phones. When my phone would ring, an armed guard would immediately answer the phone and direct the call over to [disabled Wilber Reigert's stolen] trailer house where Banks, Means, and Bellecourt were located…” (Trimbach p. 88) (The Gildersleeves were well known for taking advantage of Native Americans at their trading post…selling objects offensive to Native Americans. Here is Steve Hendricks talking about the Gildersleeves:
Tim Giago writes that I unfairly impugned the honor of the late Clive and Agnes Gildersleeve. The Gildersleeves owned the trading post at Wounded Knee, which was looted by militants who had seized the village to protest oppression on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation and beyond. Sloppily lumping my book The Unquiet Grave with Peter Matthiessen’s In The Spirit of Crazy Horse, Giago writes, “In [the two books], you will read about a ‘white man’ and a woman often referred to as a ‘white woman,’ although Agnes Gildersleeve was an Ojibwa woman, who ‘ripped off’ the local Lakota people. This apparently justifies the attacks upon them and the destruction of their business.”
I did not write that Ms. Gildersleeve was white, did not use the words “ripped off” (though they are not far from the truth), and did not excuse the attack on them or their business. I did explain why many Indians hated the business:
“Its owners, the Gildersleeve and Czywczynski families, had strewn billboards for seventy-five miles that announced, SEE THE WOUNDED KNEE MASSACRE SITE, VISIT THE MASS GRAVE. POSTCARDS, CURIOS, DON’T MISS IT! The postcards showed slaughtered Indians, including Chief Big Foot, frozen in the 1890 snow. The traders enlivened their commerce with beadwork, quilts, and other curios bought low from Oglalas and sold high. A Catholic priest once watched Mrs. Czywczynski barter a beader to a stingy $3.50 for an exquisite work, then turn around and sell it for $12.00. The traders doubled as creditors, lending their Indian patrons $10 at humble interest of $2.25 a week. As village postmasters, they also offered a rudimentary auto-payment–opening the mail of customers who had run tabs, cashing their checks without asking, paying their bills at the post, and calling other shopkeepers across the reservation to see if debts were owed them too. There had been calls to boycott the post, but none had worked. The post was the only store for a dozen miles, and the many carless Oglalas of Wounded Knee had no choice but to buy groceries and other wares at its inflated prices. Years later Clive Gildersleeve was called to testify about his business practices, and he invoked his Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate himself ninety-nine times.”
Giago goes on to paint me as an apologist for the American Indian Movement, which led the Indian rights struggle of the 1970s. This is rank distortion. Mine was the first book to describe AIM’s secret killing inside Wounded Knee of an activist named Ray Robinson, and the book’s centerpiece was AIM’s infamous execution of Anna Mae Aquash two years later. As Giago well knows, I condemned AIM sharply for these and lesser brutalities, and more than one AIM leader has threatened me for my pains. What riles Giago is that I also praised AIM (the overwhelming majority of whose members were peaceful) for fighting oppression, and I denuded the oppressors, from small-timers like the Gildersleeves to big-timers like the FBI, the latter of which persistently goaded AIM to just the sort of violence it committed. In Indian Country, the haves like Giago have long fought to keep the have-nots in their place. It is one reason the have-nots are still so multitudinous.
RICHARD TWO ELK FOR SNAPPLE
I have posted on this before. I thought maybe it was something new…Richard Two Elk the man who wrote the forward to AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA also makes videos. This is being put up again for SNAPPLE who runs the THE LEGEND OF PINE RIDGE blog. After watching it again I still have the same opinion….after the video…
I have several problems with this video…Richard Two Elks supposedly owns and produces videos yet he doesn’t know not to wear a hat on camera…indoors either as far as I am concerned. I was raised that it is disrespectful. Another thing that bothers me is that Richard Two Elks never speaks confidently into the camera…he hides his face and is always looking down at a prepared statement he also mumbles and slurs. It was a bizarre video the first time I watched it and still is. Richard Two Elks was at Wounded Knee II he knows who everyone is and the history….I still get names confused…but I can tell you what I know and believe….looking you in the eye confident that I am true to my feelings and in my beliefs based on what I know…But as I said this might be a difference between whites and Indians?? I am not trying to be mean but the video lacks passion and conviction for the subject never mind that I do not agree with all that is in the video….
Because I have read many other things by Richard Two Elk….I have a hard time believing that these are his words…this is how Richard Two Elks usually writes in some weird voice. This is a comment to me for posting the SNAPPLE post on alt.native
so…why da hill ya postin it hear?…

Dang…me Know ya Gotta B havin Bic Phun messin witus, eh?
Like I said it may be a difference between whites and Indians…but Monica Charles doesn’t speak like that…its weird like he has to create another personality for???
I could be wrong but I was raised in a very conservative home and while I am quite liberal in my political views…I mostly carry quite conservative values and this man really bothers me…
One of the other things that bothers me about Richard Two Elks is that he admits to hanging a man on a cross and beating him…I know he was young but he was never charged by the FBI and speaks of the incident in the forward he wrote(?) to Special Agent Joseph Trimabach’s book AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA. I am a huge believer that all laws should be for all people….while I may not be happy with the prison system in the United States…I believe that run correctly it should be a place where people are held accountable for their actions…I think it is a necessary step to healing all parties involved.I think that people either rise to the occasion or remain unable to confront the horror of what they have done and thus are never able to be totally free. I do not believe that informers involved in crimes should get lesser sentences than those they have informed on…I do think that it should be a consideration after remorseful behavior and parole is being considered. Richard Two Elk reminds me of someone who is not proud of who he has become.
There are a lot of accusations flung about on alt.native and I try not to pay attention to the ones that are just insults being flung around…there are a lot….one of the accusations being hurled around for awhile was that the “real victims” of Wounded Knees were those whose homes were destroyed and that the occupiers of Wounded Knee should sew blankets. Some write like the people are living in cardboard boxes not with no blankets or food….Wounded Knee seems to be a very emotional and sacred site, there was a movement of Indians who were being repressed by the government State and Federal….they thought quite mistakenly that a group of individuals with a few rifles were a match for for the United States government…and like Japan-they were wrong.
The appropriate response after Wounded Knee would have been for the governor at the time to declare an emergency ask for Federal money in order for the owners to rebuild….if this was not done? Shame should be on our government.
The video is very one sided and while Richard Two Elk claims PBS neglected to tell the death of a black supporter at Wounded Knee.. he fails to mention that he hung someone on a cross and beat them to death…this person has disappeared and apparently he changes his story…AIM took him….the FBI took him…??? This is a man who the FBI has chosen as their spokes person on AIM and Wounded Knee. Further more this video fails to mention the abuse and murder of Indian children on Pine Ridge…a little girls eye was shot out. Houses and cars were routinely shot up….even some of the lawyers for the occupiers were beaten. A young woman named Jancita Eagle Deer was raped by the future Governor…He was disbarred by the tribal courts…but the FBI was so racist against Indians that they did not consider the tribal judge to be legitamate….because he was Indian?? There are so many twists and turns to this story I encourage all of you who are interested to read THE UNQUIET GRAVE by Steve Hendricks. He seems to be unbiased and often criticizes or praises both the FBI and AIM.
The fact of the matter is PBS could do a five part series on Wounded Knee II and never be able to cover all of the finger pointing and accusations. The murder of Anna Mae Aquash alone has more whodunnit theories than CARTERS HAS LIVER PILLS!
My solution to all of this is to either let it drop or to put every single person under sodium penethol or hook them up to lie detector tests…every FBI agent, BIA workers…all of the major characters on Pine Ridge…in AIM…FBI informants…even with all of that peoples faulty memories probably still wouldn’t be enough to find out what really happened.
SNAPPLE LEAVES A COMMENT
This is a comment SNAPPLE just left on my blog for those of you who would like to hear from an FBI supporter’s take on the whole Anna Mae Aquash story. My response is below his.
On August 12, 2009 at 5:24 am Snapple Said:
Elizabeth,
Richard Two Elk has made a video that describes some things that happened when the AIM attacked the people at Wounded Knee.
I think you should hear his side instead of just listening to a woman who may be closely associated with the people who conspired in some crimes.
I have a number of posts about Two Elk, but you might want to see his new video.
The introduction of the Trimbach’s book is written by Mr. Two Elk. He writes about child abuse and alcoholism in the introduction. This book is based on Indian sources because it is Indians who witnessed the crimes or who were the victims.
I linked it on this post.
http://legendofpineridge.blogspot.com/2009/08/richard-two-elk-stolen-legacy-of.html
I think you are believing the lies that the criminals who killed Indians, FBI agents, and some young women and men at Wounded Knee told.
You write about abuse of women and children, but young women and girls were sexually assaulted and murdered during the take-over.
The lawyer for the AIM, Mark Lane, got money from the KGB. He was also the lawyer for the 900 people at Jonestown who were murdered. Mark Lane says he managed to escape that day. Only a few people weren’t poisoned or shot. Then Mark Lane–the AIMster lawyer who got money from the KGB–wrote a book that claimed the CIA killed those people.
Mark Lane got money from the Soviet KGB to make trouble and to discredit American security agencies like the FBI and CIA. We know this because a KGB archivist defected to the British with many years of notes he took on the documents in the KGB foreign intelligence archives.
Snapple,
You must not have read my posts or comments to James Simon very well. I do not just listen to Monica Charles…she merely suggested a book to read….I have been reading THE UNQUIET GRAVE by Steve Hendricks. I got hung up on the Jancita Eagle Deer story and wrote several posts about her. What do you think about Jancita Eagle Deer? Do you see her as just another lying drunk Indian woman who “got” what she asked for?
I in no way, shape or form support ANYONE who has raped or abused women or children…David Seals has spoken out against AIM leaders who treated women poorly…as has Monica Charles. (look up my posts on Bernard Red Cherries. I have a victims statement from his step daughter on my blog. A fellow blogger was threatened by Autonomous AIM Where is the FBI??) The point is Snapple, you and James Simon unconditionaly support those who who have either ignored or partaken in the abuse of women. As Monica Charles once wrote I see the law enforcement as public servants sworn to uphold the laws of the United States(she just plain mistrusts them). The FBI should have been protecting the rights of Native Americans and not just those of the colonizers.
I am not mired in opinion of one side over the other. I do not blindly support the AIM or the FBI. The only people I blindly support are the victims…and not the ones crying over the loss of their material possesions at Wounded KneeII
My sympathies and prayers go to the children like MaryAnn Little Bear and Jancita Eagle Deer…and the countless others who did not seem to warrant the FBI’s attention in the terms of a thorough investigation. That bothers me more than the Anna Mae Aquash murder…Anna Mae Aquash was a woman who made it to adulthood and made her decision to be involved in activities that may or may not get her killed…she felt that what she was doing was right and good. I do not agree with nor do I condemn her actions…She was caught up in something that became beyond her control. However I do not hold AIM to higher standards than I hold the FBI.The only law enforcement agent that looks to be a hero in all of this is U.S.Marshal Colburn…he’s good looking too!
My concept of my history has been pulled out from under me with this Indian stuff…totally blows me away at 43? My attitudes toward law enforcement and the government has changed considerably not because they made mistakes or did stupid things or even because they plotted to exterminate Indians but because they continue to support the wrong minded thinking in 2009. 2009 ! ! ! (kind of like the racism we are seeing with the election of Obama) They refuse to recognize, take responsibility and hold accountable those who did not enforce the laws that they were sworn to uphold. AIM was a group of protestors that got out of hand…the FBI is a government agency who only investigated crimes on Pine Ridge and other reservations when it suited their racist, paranoid beliefs.
As for Richard ‘Two Elks….have you ever read alt.native??? This is what the FBI supports??? Seriously???? All any jury would have to read is a copy of him making fun of a woman who was sexually abused by her father that pretty much negates what he claims to be consern and support for Native women. I own a copy of AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA and I will get around to reading it. But being endorsed by Richard Two Elks and Bill Janklow….you guys are starting off on the wrong foot with me.
I am trying to finish THE UNQUIET GRAVE and it is difficult…they are in Oregon traveling with dynamite….It’s hard to read but this is not something that I can even discuss with you because you are 100 percent in support of genocide. I can’t even get James Simon to acknowledge that the government was stearilizing Indian women in the sixties. His avoidance of the topic makes me believe that he thinks that these were the right actions…that Indian women are less than human. What about you SNAPPLE….do you unconditionally support all actions by the United States???
A few more things why do you hide behind the name SNAPPLE?
Why are the FBI supporters so concerned about Monica Charles sex life? That really bothers me..why is that thrown around? Do you hold women to differnet standards? Is there any proof of her having sex with Dennis Banks? She says she didn’t….and if she did why bring it up like she is a whore? How many women or men have you been with??? Why aren’t the sex lives of the FBI agents under attack or investigated or commented about?
Get that video of Richard Two Elks on youtube and I will put it on my blog and make it a whole post!
Oh and I haven’t heard of any young women being murdered at Wounded Knee….but with all I have been stuffing in my head…did I gloss over it?
I look forward to hearing your response.
ANNA MAE AQUASH 32/MARY ANN LITTLE BEAR DOES NOT GET ANY JUSTICE
All excerpts are in italics and from THE UNQUIET GRAVE by Steve Hendricks.
I’m not listening to rap music tonight!
WKLDOC’s investigators had investigate instead and found a second bullet in the car that the FBI had missed. They took statements sixteen people. Only one differed the wife of the alleged shooter.
…they offered to give the FBI, BIA and U.S. attorney’s office the witness statements they had collected as well as the shells from the Randalls’ land and the bullet from the Little Bears’ car. The government declined them all. (They were probably getting their nails done!)
WKLDOC tried to get the mainstream media interested but alas the excitement of Wounded Knee had left them satiated for Indian affairs.
The Shooting of Mary Ann Little Bear fell into a class of crimes that the accord that had ended Wounded Knee was supposed to address-namely, human rights abuses condoned or ignored by the local law. The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department had started its inquiry into such abuses before Wounded Knee fell and in a few weeks fielded fifty-five complaints. The Civil Rights Division sent the FBI to investigate. A short time later the young lawyer overseeing Civil Rights’ work, Dennis Ickes, reported his findings to the leaders of ION. Ickes said that in eleven of the fifty-five cases, when FBI agents went to the victims’ houses and asked about the complaints, the victims said no such crime had occurred.
Similar to abused wives who do not trust law enforcement to protect them. Or abused children for that matter. The psychology behind that was not generally known at the time….based on the past history with law enforcement why would anyone on Pine Ridge trust the law? They had a nine year old girl whose eye was lost by a bullet and they couldn’t take the time to investigate that. What the fuck were these law enforcement officers doing?? Rehearsing for an audition with LORD OF THE FLIES???
ION’s leaders replied that sending FBI agents to investigate crimes the FBI had ignored int he first place might not be the best way to get the truth from terrified victims. They asked Ickes whether the Civil Rights Division had ever investigated its investigators-ever, say, prosecuted an FBI agent or a U.S. Marshal. Ickes had to admit that no, that had never happened in the history of the Civil Rights Division.
Surprise Surprise the FBI representative took offense at the question. However I wonder if any of his children had their eye shot out and his coworkers refused to investigate if he might feel differently.
A very few people may still have clung to the hope that the government might yet be shocked, or forced, to revoke the carte blanche it had given Wilson. But these hopes were dashed after Pedro Bissonette was killed.
Hmmm. I saw no mention of Mary Ann Little Bear in AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA. Could there be shame on their part? Just wanted to get the “real” story from an FBI agent. But maybe I didn’t look hard enough…..
ANNA MAE AQUASH 11/ THE DEATH OF RAYMOND YELLOW THUNDER
All excerpts are in italics and are from THE UNQUIET GRAVE by Steve Hendricks.
When Steve Hendricks wrote THE UNQUIET GRAVE he told the story of Anna Mae through many other stories. The next chapter begins with a story that is apparently all too familiar in Indian country. The killing of an Indian by white men whose sentences amount to…you’ll have to wait.
I thought I could move the Anna Mae story a lot faster but with people like Raymond Yellow Thunder….his story deserves to be heard.
On February 12, 1972 four men and one woman went drove around until they came across Raymond Yellow Thunder, an Oglala ranch hand of middle age, a kindly but no particularly prosperous soul who had gone to Gordon to drink off a midwinter workweek. The four men stepped form the car and took turns beating him, for how hard or how long agin is not clear. then they stripped him from the belt down, stuffed him into the trunk of the car, and drove around town for a couple of hours.
Later they hauled him from the trunk, and shoved him …half naked and bloody in a Legion Hall. The legionnaires later convincingly said that several people rushed to Yellow Thunder’s aid, one man tugging Yellow Thunder’s shirt down over his loins while others asked if he needed help. Yellow thunder said he had had enough help form the whites of Gordon, thanks, and went out into the winter night.
If anyone at the Legion Hall saw a need to call the police after the bruised, bloody, pantless, and bootless Indian walked out into the frozen night, it is not recorded.
His attackers(I wonder if they endorsed AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA) find him again. they shoved him back in the trunk of their car- whether beating him further is not known-drove him around some more, and finally let him go at a Laundromat. They did leave his clothes.
…Yellow Thunder shuffled to the city jail, where Deputy Sheriff John Paul…took in the wanderer.
Deputy Paul (I wonder if he endorsed AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA too) later said that by the time Yellow Thunder arrived, he had heard about the incident at the Legion Hall. Yellow Thunder told Paul he was the victim. Paul said he noticed no injuries to Yellow Thunder beyond a scratch on the cheek and some bruises on his head.
He did not…
call a doctor.
..take a statement about the beating and kidnapping.
…ask his colleagues on patrol to find the assailants.
At seven in the morning he awoke and left Paul’s care. By now he was staggering, but still the deputy did not call a doctor.
Later George Ghost Dog (an acquaintance) saw him in the cab of a pickup truck in a used-car lot. Ghost Dog said Yellow Thunder had a fat lip and a bloodied face. He asked Yellow Thunder if he was all right. Yes, Yellow Thunder said, he would make it.
A week later he was found, still in the cab, stiffly frozen.
To you know which white friend of mine you are. Consider just for a few minutes what it would be like to walk in those shoes…That you could get targeted just for your race on your next night out on the town…that this is not something that happens once every five years…but every hour of everyday when you encounter white people….the idea that every Indian can get an education and move to Northern Virginia or someplace that is equally racially tolerant is not realistic. While a handful of guitar playing, painting, jewelry making Indians that whites embrace would be tolerated….I can assure you that Fairfax County Police Officers would be quick to target American Indians should they start migrating in large numbers. Just as they do blacks. The reason Indians from India, Middle Easterners, and Asians are not targeted as much is because they have tight communities and a shit load of money. Lawyers and doctors in every family. Even then I would love to see statistics on traffic violations broken down by race.
Furthermore I think that they are also trying to preserve what little culture they have left after we destroyed it…It might be something if the Capitalist way of whites was a success but as is obvious we haven’t had the land but a few hundred years and have managed to fuck it up almost completely.
Sorry I called you Rush Limbaugh but at least you do not carry the shame of having a parent who voted for George Bush twice and then Sarah Palin…Thank God I don’t have children to carry on that burden!!!
ANNA MAE AQUASH 10
What an interesting month it has been…. I think there must be a perpetual full moon!!!!
Once again I must thank Stephen Hendricks for clarifying the false plagiarism accusations against me. (Gotta love a man whose not afraid to take his wife’s name.)
It has been awhile so to refresh your memories a rancher found the body of a woman on his property February 24 1976.
The pathologist completely fucked up the autopsy and lied about it.
The FBI completely fucked up the identification process and lied about it
Then lied some more and…
some more.
What a fucking surprise!!! Considering that one of the men who testified against Arlo Looking Cloud is the man who wrote the forward to AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA lied to me suggesting that I had committed plagiarism.
“Miss Tool…
Federal Copyright Law & the Fair Use Doctrine provides for LIMITED
excerpts of a work to be used as you are Using “Unquiet Grave”…
So, i shall assume Mr. Hendricks has given You permission, In Writing,
to excerpt his work this excessively?
just wonderin’ “
This is who the FBI keeps company with? Someone who just throws accusations around indiscriminately?
What the fuck kind of a person throws out shit like that? He just makes up shit and threatens people with Federal crimes??? This is who the FBI considers to be a reliable source of information?
This is a credible witness???
Not for anything but I will never believe another thing that comes out of this man’s mouth.
And to think that I thought Monica Charles was being too hard on him! (and she never says I told you so)
What the fuck is our government spending our tax dollars on??
Sure can’t afford to honor their treaties.
Sure can’t afford to provide decent health care on the reservation…
But they sure can afford to go to trial with witnesses who make false claims and threats…..
Wake up America this is your FBI at work. …coming to a courtroom in your area soon!!
Printed that shit out and sent it to my congresspersons!
One would think that Arlo Looking Cloud could get a new trial based on this guy alone
But then you all should read the disclaimer to AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA:
the opinions may not represent the views of the
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR
INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE
UNITED STATES JUSTICE DEPARTMENT
FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
EDITORS
ENDORSERS
PUBLISHERS
MANY FBI SPECIAL AGENTS…hmmmm…so….
even the endorsers do not endorse it???
I wonder if James Simon is included among those…
Tomorrow I will read the forward…
But wait I just have to say it one more time…
Where the fuck is the country that I was raised to believe in?
OK I feel a little better now….good thing I have indestructible Portuguese genes or I would have a stroke.
Back to Anna Mae Aquash…
all excerpts are in italics from THE UNQUIET GRAVE written by Steve Hendricks.
So once again the FBI lies about when they knew that the fingerprints belonged to Anna Mae.
the key manuscript is Aquash’s FBI Identification Record…Aquash’s death was logged on her identification record as “received” on March 2, the day she was buried. Head quarters could not have marked her death as received into her record unless it knew her identity.
the FBI apparently identified Aquash either on or before the day its agents buried her-not the next day, as publicly claimed.
And then…
The FBI has released just one other paper on Aquash….The paper is a short memo saying simply that the lab had identified Aquash. what is doctored is the date which in the released version reads “March 10, 1976.” the “10″ has been sandwiched into a space that originally held only one digit, which digit was apparently whited-out and replaced with the “10″. Perhaps the doctoring was harmless. Or perhaps the original digit was a damning 1 0r 2, indicating the FBI knew who Aquash was before her burial on March 2.
Agent Wood….”immediately” on learning Aquash was Jane doe …went to work on the exhumation papers. But neither the FBI nor the office of the U.S. attorney, which drafted the exhumation request, has produced any evidence that they started working on the request until March 8, five days after Aquash was identified.
March 8 happened to be the day a lawyer from WKDOC went to the FBI’s Rapid City office and demanded a copy of Dr. Brown’s autopsy report.
So it takes a director of the FBI three months from the body being found before he will answer any questions. But of course they lied….again. Clarence Kelley (FBI) said only one agent had been at the scene, that no one there or at the hospital had seen any sign of violence and that Chamberlain had declared the body needed to be buried. Kelly also knew the entrance wound had been obvious, but he implied it was not by calling it “small”. He knew the lodged bullet had been visible to the naked eye, but he implied the opposite by saying it had “behind” Aquash’s eye socket. He knew Dr. Peterson had diagnosed the bullet wound in a few seconds, but he implied the opposite by saying Peterson made his diagnosis only after x rays were taken. (Why lie about all of this???)
There was supposed to be a General Crimes investigation but when the Congress asks questions about all of this the FBI’s standard reply reads “We believe the allegations….lack the specificity necessary for an investigation. Accordingly, no action on our part is warranted.
This calls for a celebration I am done with Chapter 1!!!!
E-MAIL FROM STEVE HENDRICKS
THANK YOU STEVE HENDRICKS!!! (You too Richard Two Elks)
Steve Hendricks is the author of THE UNQUIET GRAVE which I have been posting excerpts of on my blog….people have been criticizing me and accusing me of plagiarism so I e-mailed Mr. Hendricks my website and posts.
I really wasn’t sure what he was going to say….even though I had been reassured that what I was writing was alright…Richard Two Elks got me thinking that I might be wrong and with all of the criticism I have received ….I wanted Steve Hendricks to read my posts and determine if it was o.k.
SIMON STRIKES AGAIN
This is what is wrong with America….here is Mr. Simon’s comment on my AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA post.
Janklow went to jail for his crimes. The AIM leaders, however, have evaded justice in the premeditated murder of Anna Mae Aquash, and possibly several others. Thank you for proving our point that ignorance abounds when discussing the AIM legacy.
Are you freaking out of your mind??? He served a mere 100 days in a county facility! Premeditated murder? The trial has not even started yet…and from what I understand it was little more than a kangaroo court. Why has it taken 30 years? Once again why do you already pronounce John Graham and Richard Marshall guilty?
There’s a kid in a YCF that is serving five years and has to be moved to OSP for a few of those years when he turns 18 ….not to mention the restitution he has to work and pay off when he gets out. He doesn’t get to go out and perform “community service” or what ever nonsense Bill Jankow was allowed to do.
You sent me a link about the “real” victims of Wounded Knee….yeah I’m sure it is bad….what have YOU and the FBI agents that were there done for those families….60 families over 30 something years…they should all be taken care of by now. Seriously tell me all about how you have helped them…You would be in held in much greater esteem. What did Bill Jankow do for those families when he was governor? Are the proceeds of AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA going to help those families? Did the Governor at the time declare Wounded Knee a disaster and plea for Federal dollars to help the families rebuild.
What about those rape charges you seem to have no problem proclaiming John Graham guilty before trial….more double standards??? Is it o.k. in your mind that the son of a bitch never went to trial. Does it not make you sick to your stomach at the thought of that happening to one of your young female relatives?
The people you admire astound me… Bill Janklow is no G.Gordon Liddy. Liddy had to serve about 4 years for for burglary and wiretapping but he served 4 years and has no regrets he admits everything he did..believes in everything he did. I don’t have to agree with him but you gotta have respect for a guy who doesn’t whine and takes responsibility for his actions.
You and people of your ilk are what make this country less than honorable…One can be proud of their country and ashamed of their government.
The difference between you and I is that I see AIM for what it is the good the bad and the ugly. I do not admire the men in AIM who committed crimes against women, violence against other humans…. I do admire the intention before it went awry.
I also see the FBI for what it is the good the bad the ugly the oppressor. I do not admire as you do corrupt law enforcement. I despise them a thousand times more than the worst of AIM. What you purport is that the FBI is above the law- you are wrong. They should be held to the highest of standards as should our politicians, and military.
I cannot spend anymore time on you…. it is like having a conversation with one of those dolls that repeats prerecorded sayings when you pull on its string..not an original thought between the ears.
(Try watching some of those COINTELPRO videos I have on the side you just might learn something)
AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA
Richard Two Elk on alt.native sent me a message telling me that I may be breaking some copyright laws….I haven’t talked to one person that said I was committing crimes….and under the worst case scenario if I did cross the line I would receive a cease and desist letter. But being the conscientious person that I am I e-mailed Steve Hendricks…he may not want his book chopped to pieces on my blog! I had looked up the poetry copyright laws and basically the consensus is that you can copy the whole thing and just leave off the last word. I hear what offends authors more is when people get the punctuation wrong or have typing errors! And it doesn’t matter how many times I read something I always miss errors…notice other peoples errors though!!!!
I will post Mr. Hendricks response regardless….for all I know he my lambast me!! But life is a series of mistakes.
My Dad once told me LIVE YOUR LIFE LIKE IT IS ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE NEW YORK TIMES….LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES AND FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU DO SOMETHING STUPID. MOVE ON….My life is an open book mistakes and all.
I think it is curious that people connected with the book AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA which was written by a retired FBI agent…are the only ones who are trying to deter me from my First Amendment right which is the FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION….I’m worried that book burnings will be an option again.
What a fucking surprise! The people who idolize the FBI are the ones who most hate democracy, yearn for dictatorship. You are entitled to democracy as long as it is their democracy!
I could go bankrupt buying books on Anna Mae Aquash/AIM….Peter Webster suggested I read LOUDHAWK and I will get to it….But in fairness many tout AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA…and it is in opposition to everything I have been reading lately….but every morning after I read Huffington Post I read Drudge Report among many other news sources like the BBC, Truth Out, Mother Jones….I do tend to read more liberally slanted news but when you consider that the balance of my life was almost exclusively conservative based….it all evens out!!
Before I can even start to read AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA I must write about one of the endorsers of the book:
BILL JANKLOW former Attorney General, Governor, Convicted felon…. note the double standard. It is ok to be a felon as long as you support the book AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA. Apparently one of the prerequisites for being respected in North Dakota is that you are accused of raping an Indian woman.
(Is that the state where the new trial is going to take place? Will they be able to find an impartial jury?)
In 1955, at the age of 16, he was convicted of the sexual assault of a 17-year old woman. As a juvenile offense, this conviction carried little weight under U.S. law. -Ward Churchill
in 1966, while working as the tribal attorney for the Rosebud Sioux, Janklow–aged 27–was accused of raping his children’s 15-year-old babysitter, Jancita Eagle Deer. Adult sexual offenses being more grave than this earlier recorded exploit, Janklow used his capacity as head of reservation legal services to stave off the (illegible) of formal, federal charges. He then resigned his position and left tribal jurisdiction.-Ward Chrurchill
the above quotes from THE STRANGE CASE OF WILD BILL JANKLOW by Ward Churchill on DAKOTA LAKOTA ISSUES website.
Conservatives with a conscience should be appalled that the powerful GOP representative, charged over the weekend with felony manslaughter in a fatal accident that killed a motorcyclist last month, refuses to step down immediately from office.
Scott was riding his Harley-Davidson safely at a legal speed on Aug. 16. The 55-year-old Vietnam veteran, volunteer firefighter, farmer, and father of two didn’t have a chance as Janklow came barreling through the intersection at a reported 70 miles an hour. Scott was killed instantly. Friends remembered him as a big, outgoing guy who knew everyone in his small town of Hardwick, Minnesota. He headed the local American Legion post. “He was always there for you,” a former schoolmate recalled. He “liked hamburger steaks,” another friend said.
The imperial Janklow has expressed remorse for the death of citizen Randolph Scott. Remorse, but not shame.by Michelle Malkin of VDARE.COM
In 1974, Janklow prosecuted and jailed Sarah Bad Heart Bull, a Lakota woman whose son, Wesley, had been stabbed in the heart at a Buffalo Gap bar by a white businessman named Darold Schmidt. Despite witness accounts that Schmidt said he was “going to kill him an Indian,” he was charged only with involuntary manslaughter.
Sarah Bad Heart Bull was beaten by heavily armed police on the courthouse steps when she attempted to enter a meeting between AIM leaders and county officials, who were ostensibly attempting to negotiate a heavier charge for her son’s killer. After Bad Heart Bull was arrested, over two hundred Indians rose up in what has been termed the Custer Court House Riots. Bad Heart Bull was sentenced to 1-5 years in prison. Darold Schmidt, the killer, never spent a day behind bars. Janklow’s prosecution of the Custer Riot cases elevated him to South Dakota’s top agent in a Federal effort to disrupt and destroy the American Indian Movement.-BY JON LURIE
You know what they say BIRDS OF A FEATHER….

ANNA MAE 6 OR BACK AT THE RANCH
Excerpts are from THE UNQUIET GRAVE by Stephen Hendricks
For your amusement. ..here are the comments on part Anna Mae 5 from alt.native.
I made a PUBLIC APOLOGY TO JAMES SIMON this morning and he in return apologized to me.
Here is his response,
Apology accepted. Hope you similarly forgive for calling your ignorance nearly intolerable. I mean, really, admitting that “So far I have not gotten to any AIM issues just FBI agents who keep changing stories!” is a little bit like Wall Street brokers who buy on a hot stock tip, sell it to the masses, and decide to do the research later. “AIM issues?” YGBSM! News flash: The two books which apparently color your judgment, Unquiet Grave and Loudhawk,(LT If you had gotten to me first and I was posting about AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA you would think I was well researched! What part of I will get to it do you not understand??) are absolutely ripped to shreds in American Indian Mafia. And rightly so, to the great applause of nearly every Indian I know. You’ve got a long way to go, baby, so please post(LT Once again why do my posts bother you so much?) when you have something more sensible to contribute than Monica’s distortions. As my mother used to say, if your smarts are up for debate, better to keep your mouth shut than to remove all doubt. My Indian friend would add that fronting for shameless aiders and abettors like Hendricks and Stern is highly offensive to Indian Country!(LT Is that your way of calling me a sock puppet too?)
And here is mine:
Apology accepted.
My smarts are not up for debate..unlike you I admit to knowing nothing and I believe on several occasions I have publicly stated that. I would like people to do their own research…
Once again why do you hold the FBI to such a lower standard than you do AIM…if the story AIM told kept changing you would be all over it! Seriously I want to know is it selective judgments? reading…ideology?? People whose stories change generally get slaughtered in a court of law.
As for Monica’s distortions you are being general, need to be more specific and probably take that up with her.
You see when I e-mail Monica a question she answers me….you look like you are avoiding me. Monica has often responded to my queries when I have a different take on something with ” Maybe you are right”…or “I could be wrong”… She has her opinions and does not resent me challenging her in a respectful sane manner.
btw what does YGBSM mean?
For some reason when I posted the apology someone at alt.native took this statement,
My apologies to James Simon for suggesting that he should change his name to “Simple”. I want to make a bunch of excuses but I really can’t!!! I don’t want to end up like the FBI or those “rebuilding” alt.native.
and interpreted it as me accusing them of being FBI agents WHAT THE FUCK??? I am talking about people who succumb to bad behavior (which we all do) then make up excuses to justify their bad behavior and Then use the justification as an excuse to justify that they were right so they don’t have to apologize. The two examples were in regard to the FBI that cannot admit that they are wrong when it comes to the Anna Mae autopsy (what have I been writing about???) and the people claiming to be “rebuilding” alt.native because Monica Charles calls people names, and then calling people names themselves. I am not even talking about people who commit to rebuilding alt.native and DO NOT call people names!
Damn rabies epidemic I tell you!
James Simon or Snapple what about the UNQUIET GRAVE is wrong so far? If you really care about my learning curve respond to the post of the day.
Now to Annie Mae’s story..
Zigrossi said only one FBI agent (…Donald Dealing) and gone to Roger Amiotte’s ranch….
Amiotte’s remembered Price and Wood by name.
A BIA officer also remembered Price-yet the officer’s boss, BIA police chief Ken Sayers, tried to claim the officer was not there. Sayers said only three BIA policemen went to the scene, but witnesses counted as many as six, including Sayers, who in turn denied he had been at Amiotte’s.
Price when questiond by WCLDOC’s Ken Tilson says he wasn’t working that day and that he “doesn’t remember” if he was there.
Months later…
Zigrossi said that while only Agent Dealing had gone to Amiotte’s ranch on assignment, others might have gone “out of curiosity.”
To go Amiotte’s “out of curiosity” meant making a three-hour round -trip from either the town of Pine Ridge or Rapid City, where the agents were stationed.
Because of the lack of interest in Indian corpses, reporters thought it was odd for even one agent, let alone four, to go to Amiotte’s.
Zigrossi dismissed such talk as nonsense. He said that after two of his men were killed on the reservation in a shootout the year before, he dispatched agents to every unattended death to see if there might be a tie between the new corpse and the agent’s killers.
This was news to reporters.
To be continued tomorrow with CONFUSING SECTION ON THE FBI REPORTS!!!
I am also going to try to speed this up because I am only on page 12!!!
ANNA MAE AQUASH 5 OR SPECIAL AGENT ZIGROSSI CONFUSED by Lizzy “the shilling, white sock puppet tool” Tool
That is too funny!
I know you are confused so read this discussion of my Anna Mae 4 post. Those were not landmines….
My apologies to Stephen Hendricks of THE UNQUIET GRAVE for forgetting to credit him on that post.
All excerpts are from his book. I forget that there are people that are not reading the saga from the first post!
Once again I know nothing about the murder and that I am learning by reading THE UNQUIET GRAVE first then LOUD HAWK and then I will look into AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA. You may thank James Simon that I am making my lack of education so public. This is not my life…and the trial will probably be over by then!
I was not gushing I was EXCITED!!! Maybe I was excitedly gushing!!! Is it a secret that Indian authors have saved me from…not even sure what! But I had stopped reading fiction because it was no longer speaking to me…I was almost strictly reading non-fiction for years….who should I worship Paris Hilton?? You are talking to some one who was in Love with Joseph Brodsky when I was 19…that’s another post..and it was after I outgrew Shaun Cassidy!!!
POW WOW HIGHWAY only got one bad review on Amazon… much of the verbage is of low quality or, in other words, unnecessarily profane. While a literary argument can be made for reflecting vernacular in common use, the author’s over-indulgence in using profanity to describe the color of the car is quite unnecessary. Damn I love it already!
Anyone who wishes to engage in conversation with me is invited to do so by getting on my blog please read RULES FOR POSTING ON MY BLOG. perfect example of why I should be embarrassed by any real writer reads my blog that should be RULES FOR POSTING COMMENTS ON MY BLOG!
My sincere apologies if there are those who feel that I have been “trashing” alt.native I have often said that it is a good place to go for news on Indian affairs…..the name calling and the projection is a fact!
Now for the continuing saga…
…Norm Zigrossi said none of his men had been at the autopsy, a nurse who helped with the autopsy told reporters that she had given Aquash’s amputated hands to Agent David Price. a BIA investigator at the autopsy, Nathan Merrick, said he”thought” two FBI agents had been there, one of whom was Price.
Dr. Brown said on one occasion that a couple of agents “may” have been at the autopsy and on another that agents had wandered in and out of the procedure. (Why lie about something that simple?)
Dr. Brown finally says that no FBI agents had been there at anytime.
It is this position that the FBI has taken before Congress and other inquirers ever since.
FBI reports released under the Freedom of Information Act would eventually prove that four agents-Price, Wood, Donald Dealing, and John Munis-were in the autopsy room, some just before and some just after the proceedure.
Price even photographed Aquash’s face.
Zigrossi had either lied or been lied to about his agent’ presence.
“….we had the pleasure of deposing David Price,” Ken Tilsen, the senior most lawyer of WKLDOC, would later say. “Price, to my mind, must be the most evil living agent in an organization that trained thousands of agents in the practice of evil. When we asked him whether he was at the autopsy, his answer was, “I wasn’t there.”
I looked for the testimony on line but could not find it basically Price says he was only outside the room and might have looked in the window.
…in 2003, Norman Zigrossi said, “I know all about the first autopsy. I’ll never froget it. now, I can tell you which of our agents were there, and that was Price and Woods”-he meant wood.
Was he saying that Price and Wood were in the room while Brown was working on Aquash?
“That’s correct.”
Continued tomorrow with BACK AT THE RANCH
Final thoughts on this are that I am fucking disturbed and will never get over how people in power put themselves above the rest of the population except when it comes to accountability. They really do believe that they are above the law and if they break the laws oh well they are entitled. How dare we question them? This isn’t just the FBI its the politicians…economists….CEO’s…They see the rest of us as sub-humans. However I also feel that if we paid law enforcement more money it might attract more righteous and honest people…once again that is a broad rant. I am sure that there are plenty of people who are honest and who will do the right thing when confronted with evil and corruption. To those people my gratitude….still lamenting the fall of Elliot Spitzer…
JAMES “SNAPPLE” SIMON
I try to be respectful of people who comment on my blog. But I simply cannot walk away from James “Snapple” Simon. (I think he should change it to James “Simple”Simon). I really did not think that he would have the nerve to comment again because of my last comment.
This is the comment he left on my FOR JAMES SIMON POST
You bring up a lot of generalizations that really don’t get us anywhere, you know, the old “they all do it so I’m absolved of needing to educate myself any further” or else presenting a laundry list of personal expectations that cannot possibly be met, e.g., “until every CEO…” which again excuses a knowledge deficit. Well, in the event you are as open-minded as you say you are, you will have to spend more than a penny. Start by visiting (for free) the Trimbach’s web site, americanindianmafia.com. There you will find a video that tends to render your description of the Aquash murder investigation as more than suspect. If you only knew how federal investigators have agonized over this case for years, while the perpetrators have been able to convince people like you to suspect just about anyone but the aiders and abettors in this premeditated murder of an innocent woman (John Trudell comes to mind.) The fact is many people in AIM were co-conspirators in Anna Mae’s murder at precisely the same time federal agents were trying apprehend these people. I can assure you, for instance, that Anna Mae’s daughters (whom you must admit know more about this case than you do) would describe your arguments as specious and irrelevant. I’d really like to know what your source is for the claim, “The FBI used tactics that would ensure paranoia and division among AIM leaders.” This tells me you have succumbed to AIM propaganda and the same old historical equivocations that enabled the old guard leadership to fool so many, beginning with Robert Redford, Peter Matthiessen, and many well-intentioned people who really don’t know what they’re talking about. I agree with you, it is an uphill battle, but one worth fighting in the interest of truth and justice. I have yet to meet one person who has read Trimbach’s book and has not come away with the honest conclusion that there was much more to the story than they ever knew. In other words, they acknowledge that people who impose criteria as a prerequisite to considering other points of view, the evidence, etc., represent the same type of lock-step thinking they claim to abhor. I certainly hope you weren’t born last Thursday but I suppose I am just as skeptical of your willingness to consider what others have to say as you seem to be of law enforcement. If you want to have an honest debate, let’s get rid of the window dressing and stick to the facts. What say you?
This was my polite response
O.K. HALF OF THE CEO’S!
Mr.Simon you are avoiding the “generalizations”. If you think that the “generalizations” do not matter you are mistaken. Unfortunately that is the natural repercussion when those who have sworn to uphold the laws of the United States are the very people who desecrate them. Do you also overlook the “generalizations” of terrorist regimes? The United States Government simply cannot commit atrocities and pretend that they never happened. If you honestly believe that the FBI has only had the welfare of the Indian Nation in its best interest we simply cannot have this conversation. If you do not know the difference between right and wrong this conversation will be useless.
YOU are skeptical of ME??? Mr.Simon I suggest that you read my blog posts about Anna Mae thoroughly. While I have given my opinion on my mistrust of the FBI. I have never voiced an opinion that members of AIM had nothing to do with it. I have posted opposing videos on the subject AND a link so people could read what Denise Pictou-Maloney thought of her mother’s death. The United States operates on the assumption that all men are innocent until proven guilty….YOU seem to be the one who has already made up their mind! Do NOT project how YOUR mind thinks on ME. If that is how you operate I suggest you go post on Google alt.native! Debate? If you want to debate once again go to Google alt.native!
I readily admit I KNOW NEXT TO NOTHING about this case. I am in the learning stages. What I need is information I have had two previous commenters suggest books which I have purchased off of Amazon for less than five dollars each. (I would suggest that you DO NOT make light of my bank account. I live well below the poverty level and manage to pay my bills without the help of the government.) When I am done with those if I can find the book you suggest for a reasonable price I promise I will read it.
You stated that the FBI investigators agonized over this case. How do you arrive at this conclusion? Are you an investigator on this case? You posted this on my invitation to Monica Charles who has also agonized over the death of her friend and I have asked her to write a more personal account. She is working on it. What does this case mean to you? Personally? Did you know Anna Mae Aquash? It would be a very good start for a dialogue.
The facts will come eventually and ultimately there will be a judge that decides what will be admissible in a court of law. I do not envy the jury!
BTW do you know if FBI agents routinely take lie detector tests as I know military persons do?
HERE IS MY NOT SO POLITE RESPONSE
Funny how what you call “generalizations” do not bother you when concerned with AIM or Indians in general.
Funny how what you call “generalizations” do not bother you when concerned with liberals.
Maybe the truth is that you are one of those conservatives that think Indians and liberals do not matter because they are “unAmerican”.
The only person who feels that they do not need to educate themselves is YOU!
And what the hell is the deal with you. You start 2 websites AIM MYTHBUSTERS and AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA. And then post on them under the name of SNAPPLE….So the casual observer will think you have readers???? Of course that the authors of AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA retain YOU as their spokes person….we’ll I think we have a credibility issue right off the bat.
Anyone who reads this blog knows that I am an under educated wannabe artist over 40 who is going through early menopause and given to emotional outbursts!!!! Nothing to hide there!
But I have a feeling you have lots to hide. Such as your motives for your blogs. There are several options that I can only wonder at since you hide behind the keyboard.
The reason I have to spend more than a penny for the book is because it wasn’t even picked up by a real publishing house. Outskirts Press is a self-publishing press that only prints on demand. Order 1 copy you print 1 copy. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED THERE; COULDN’T THE BOOK PASS THE VETTING PROCESS OF A REAL PUBLISHING HOUSE?
IS THE BOOK LIKE YOUR BLOGS?????? ONE SIDED?
I may lack a proper education but I’m not a brainwashed chump like you.
The FBI agents agonized? WTF??? Monica Charles now that woman agonizes!
You claim AIM engages in propaganda? WHAT THE FUCK IS THE FLASH WITH GUNSHOTS ON THE AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA WEBSITE? You are a hypocrite of the worst sort!
You said I have yet to meet one person who has read Trimbach’s book and has not come away with the honest conclusion that there was much more to the story than they ever knew. As John McEnroe would say YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!
As I suggest did you go to DEBATE this over at alt.native. Oh let me just take a look……
NOPE!
How do you spell c-o-w-a-r-d. Did your parents teach you to only fight debate people that you thought you could easily win? Wow that must be some family tradition to be proud of!!
But my Dad was 20 years in the military he raised me that only a coward would engage in battle with a weaker opponent…but then he didn’t raise me to be a fucking whining cowardice pussy. Where did you serve the Girl Scouts?
Of the two of us I can assure you that I represent the spirit of America and you should move to…..
France!
And you dare to write on my blog that you are skeptical of me??? Apparently your parents did not raise you with any manners either! (unless you were raised in the foster care system in which case I will immediately apologize.)
You know what else my Dad used to say Quit talking out of your ass. Do not try to hide the fact that YOU have already made up your mind about the case by accusing me of just that. It is obvious from my many posts that I cannot form an opinion on the case either way as it is very complicated. You on the other hand have taken the bait hook line and sinker. Did it bother you that we don’t even know what evidence the judge will or will not allow?? You are a very dishonest man.
The only real judgment on this case I have made is based on a quote by President James Hamilton: The truth is that all men having power ought to be mistrusted.
I notice you did not review the book or did you do that under a different name.
So here is the ‘Most Helpful” review by Frank Lee Speaks at AMAZON.
1. To say that American Indians are the Mafia is a figment of the imagination. The title of this book “American Indian Mafia” misrepresents all Indian people within the “American Indian Movement”. An online dictionary defines Mafia as: “a secret criminal organization operating mainly in the United States and Italy and engaged in illegal activities such as gambling, drug-dealing, protection, and prostitution.” The “American Indian Movement” is neither a “secret criminal organization” nor are they from “Italy”.
2. The language throughout the reading has a sour demeanor while imposing negative racial profiles to describe Native American Indians regardless of their affiliations. Under the heading “A Bum Steer”, Myrtle Poor Bear, who was a government FBI witness, is profiled in negative stereotypical terms. (Pages 441, 442, 599) A tone of racial arrogance and vengeance rings throughout this book.
3. There are no eyewitnesses, only hearsay and coerced testimony in this shallow, hollow account that does not prove Leonard Peltier shot or killed the FBI agents. While reading and searching for good solid evidence to support this claim, I did not find foolproof convincing evidence in this writing. Researching, I have found reliable information in the original court trial transcripts: US vs. LEONARD PELTIER, TRIAL TRANSCRIPT EXCERPTS – Case Number CR77-3003.
4. It is a contradiction to say that FBI Agent David Price and Anna Mae Aquash are “kindred spirits” as described on page 464 because they are opponents in their core beliefs. After all, it was David Price who ordered the mutilation of Anna Mae’s body by having her hands cut off. If she had lived to see any kind of body mutilation (cutting off hands, arms, legs or decapitations) practiced on any person, she would have spoken in opposition to David Price for ordering this heinous act that desecrates the body regardless of his reasoning.
5. Conclusion: This book should be rated zero because it reads like a “Propaganda 101″ novel. It lacks fairness, integrity and removes human dignity from those who suffered the most during this time, namely, the Native American Indian people. This is an example of 500 years of perpetual biased writing, ultimately living in the “Age of Propaganda”. This work is graded ” I ” as an Incomplete Record of actual events due to the withholding of pertinent documents/information related to this matter. Skeptical reading is highly recommended for this book.
6. Note: It is shameful that there are a few Indian people who mercenarily cater for maza-ska to the forces that not only murdered their ancestors, but mutilated them as well. Historical examples of murder and mutilations are: (1862) Little Crow and the 39 Dakota hanged at Mankato, Minnesota, (1890) Sitting Bull at Little Eagle, South Dakota. 1. But now you done pissed me off and I promise I will post everyday about Anna Mae Aquash until the trial is over on days that I am home.
JAMES SIMON II
I am still waiting for you to answer my questions?
Of course yesterday was Sunday and I am sure you were observing the good Lords day of rest. I hope to hear from you when I get back from work.
I am going to start a whole category for James because I have a whole lot more to say whether he responds or not!
This man has 2 websites about one is AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA, and the other is AIM MYTHBUSTERS he also posts a lot under thenamd of SNAPPLE but he says very little about himself and doesn’t say WHY this case means so much to him.
FOR JAMES SIMON
Dear Mr.Simon,
I appreciate your comment on my blog as I am interested in hearing from all parties!
Unless I can find AMERICAN INDIAN MAFIA for a penny on Amazon it will be quite awhile before I have another book and music buying spree! My job has cut back on hours.
I must warn you that any government agency would be facing an uphill battle when it comes to credibility with me.
Isn’t the FBI part of the same government who thought it would be a good idea to sterilize Indian women??
Isn’t the FBI part of the same government who has systematically cheated Indians out of their royalties. (See my post on my Uncle Vic who worked for the GAO)
Is this the same FBI run by Herbert Hoover who was responsible for a rain of terror against “communists”?
Is this the same FBI who was using deceitful tactics to break up AIM?
I do not doubt that there were some bad characters in AIM. As I said previously I would not be surprised if someone involved with AIM killed Anna Mae Aquash.
The FBI used tactics that that would ensure paranoia and division among AIM leaders. The FBI was successful. They got what they wanted…members turning on one another.
Do I think that any of this absolves the FBI of guilt?
NO!
The problem with corruption and lying is that you lose trust. The FBI is no longer a credible organization as far as I am concerned. All one needs to do is look at history and ask themselves what has changed.
I have very high expectations of our government officials. I do not tolerate corrupt people or people who support corruption. I think that they are cowards.
So far my opinion of the men involved in Anna Mae Aquash’s life has not changed. They all failed her .
One more thing after all these years did new evidence suddenly come to light….Why is the FBI suddenly so concerned with the Anna Mae Aquash case?? Shouldn’t they have been protecting us from Wall Street executives???
Dare I say that if the FBI put half the resources and energy of the Anna Mae Aquash murder into investigating hedgefunds…we would not be in a depression.
When the Government has confiscated the money stolen by corrupt CEO’S…
When the Government has prosecuted every corrupt CEO…
When the Government has jailed every corrupt CEO the way they would any other criminal. And not in club Fed…
